Why should I sell my Mortgage or Note?

The only change will be to whom and where future payments are sent. All terms and conditions set forth in the original note and mortgage remain in force.

It generally takes ten to fifteen days for you to get cash in hand.

Will I incur out-of-pocket expenses to complete the sale?

Most transactions do not incur any expense to the noteseller.

How much will I receive for my Mortgage,
